- 12+ years of enterprise sales, growth, or commercial leadership experience.
- Significant exposure to healthcare payer technology, claims administration, or BPaaS/BPO.
- Proven track record selling complex, high-value solutions to health plans or TPAs.
- Ability to sell into C-suite and senior executive buyer groups.
- Experience leading large pursuits involving RFPs, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Strong command of payer economics, regulatory complexity, and claims operations.
- Experience building or professionalizing a sales operating model (CRM, pipeline, forecasting).
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead achievement of annual bookings, pipeline, and sales-cycle performance.
- Develop segmented go-to-market strategy for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial segments.
- Define sales operating rhythms, including pipeline reviews and forecast management.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving claims platforms, managed services, and analytics.
- Orchestrate internal resources for RFP strategy and commercial negotiations.
- Develop account plans for strategic clients and expansion opportunities.
- Build and scale the sales organization, including sales engineering and partner-channel support.
- Represent market voice in product strategy and service-line packaging.
