  • At least 2 years as a quota carrying new business closer
  • Proven history of quota overattainment or top performer recognition
  • Strong hunter mentality
  • Experience in a startup or growth stage environment
  • Ability to demo software to various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with methodologies like MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, or SPICED
  • Experience with outbound pipeline generation strategies
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Ability to navigate buying committees and engage executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own a full cycle commercial sales motion from prospecting through close
  • Generate and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and territory development
  • Identify and prioritize prospects aligned to Drata’s ICP
  • Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders
  • Build and execute account and territory strategies
  • Run a disciplined sales process including qualification, multithreading, and forecasting
  • Deliver compelling, tailored presentations
  • Partner across internal teams to move deals forward
