- 3+ years of experience in customer facing B2B SaaS sales
- At least 2 years as a quota carrying new business closer
- Proven history of quota overattainment or top performer recognition
- Strong hunter mentality
- Experience in a startup or growth stage environment
- Ability to demo software to various stakeholders
- Familiarity with methodologies like MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, or SPICED
- Experience with outbound pipeline generation strategies
- Consultative selling skills
- Ability to navigate buying committees and engage executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own a full cycle commercial sales motion from prospecting through close
- Generate and manage pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and territory development
- Identify and prioritize prospects aligned to Drata’s ICP
- Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders
- Build and execute account and territory strategies
- Run a disciplined sales process including qualification, multithreading, and forecasting
- Deliver compelling, tailored presentations
- Partner across internal teams to move deals forward
