Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota achievement
- Strong background in ITSM, ITOM, ESM, or enterprise IT operations solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, Atlassian, BMC, Ivanti)
- Experience selling into regulated industries or public sector-adjacent organizations
- Proven success managing six-figure to multi-million-dollar deal cycles
- Strong understanding of IT service management, automation, and digital transformation concepts
- Ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with presales, delivery, and customer success teams
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise service management solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, partners, referrals, and events
- Develop executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and transformation stakeholders
- Deliver consultative, value-based selling across software, services, and managed services offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver demos, proposals, business cases, and RFP responses
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity management in Salesforce
- Represent solutions at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements
- Partner with channel ecosystems including VARs, SIs, and technology alliances to expand reach
