Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2–3 years in BDR or inside sales roles.
- Proven success in new business development and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Experience selling into healthcare organizations, hospitals, or IDNs is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic relationship development.
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and disciplined sales process execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close for SaaS solutions within the hospital pharmacy market.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas by building and maintaining a strong, qualified pipeline of opportunities.
- Prospect and generate new business using outbound strategies, tools, and cross-functional support from marketing and business development teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including clinical strategy, sales leadership, and implementation teams to ensure successful deal execution and customer transition.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based messaging tailored to senior healthcare decision-makers.
- Manage CRM data accurately, including forecasting, pipeline reporting, and account planning using Salesforce or similar tools.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while maintaining a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor positioning.
