Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or related strategic commercial roles
  • Strong relationship-building skills with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to navigate commercial, technical, and legal discussions
  • Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience managing complex projects independently
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and close strategic OEM partnerships from initial outreach through signed agreements
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing success and value creation
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional products and revenue streams
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams
  • Contribute to the development and optimisation of partnership processes and operational playbooks
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and panel discussions
  • Support the scaling of partnership operations within a rapidly evolving climate tech ecosystem
