Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or related strategic commercial roles
- Strong relationship-building skills with technical and executive stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to navigate commercial, technical, and legal discussions
- Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing complex projects independently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and close strategic OEM partnerships from initial outreach through signed agreements
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing success and value creation
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through additional products and revenue streams
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of partnership processes and operational playbooks
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and panel discussions
- Support the scaling of partnership operations within a rapidly evolving climate tech ecosystem
