Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, events sales, or related commercial roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and negotiate confidently.
- Proven ability to sell intangible services and clearly articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a high-performance sales environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support live events.
- College degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive sponsorship revenue by prospecting and engaging potential clients through cold outreach, email campaigns, social selling, and direct communication.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing sponsorship deals for conferences and events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support retention, upselling, and repeat sponsorship opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, client interactions, and sales activity within CRM systems.
- Conduct ongoing market and industry research to identify new prospects, improve outreach strategies, and support event positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance event offerings and ensure alignment between sponsorship packages and client needs.
- Attend selected live conferences to support onsite engagement, strengthen relationships, and enhance client experience.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, refine sales strategies, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
