Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound prospecting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce)
  • Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo)
  • Experience with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to learn technical concepts related to APIs and compliance
  • Coachable mindset and desire to grow into closing roles

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts, key stakeholders, and decision-makers within healthcare and related industries
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and social engagement
  • Qualify leads using established sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and prospect engagement within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to share feedback and improve campaign performance
  • Develop understanding of document workflow solutions, APIs, and AI-driven automation
  • Achieve or exceed activity goals and pipeline generation targets
