Engineering at Nerdy

As an engineer at Nerdy, you will solve complex technical challenges at the intersection of live human expertise and generative AI. The team is building the Live + AI™ platform, designed for personalized learning at scale. They prioritize an AI-native approach, where every new feature begins with the question, "How can generative AI make this radically better?" This means using AI as a force-multiplier for expert instructors and integrating AI tooling across engineering, product, design, and marketing to write, code, test, analyze, and iterate faster. The platform's models learn from millions of live sessions and adapt daily. You'll work in AWS-based cloud architecture environments, using JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and Golang.
