Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering roles Strong proficiency in SQL and additional programming experience (e.g., Python, R, SAS, SPSS) Extensive experience with BI visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik). Specific experience with Looker development is a big plus. Demonstrated ability to define and operationalize core business metrics in partnership with stakeholders Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly narratives and partner effectively with senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the data transformation layer Design and develop the Looker semantic layer (LookML) Define, document, and maintain key business metrics Build and deliver insightful, high-impact analyses Leverage AI and machine learning tools Partner closely with senior business leaders Promote self-service analytics Ensure data quality and consistency Collaborate cross-functionally Establish and advocate for analytics best practices Stay current on modern data tools and practices
