Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a consistent record of exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving senior decision-makers.
  • Strong experience working with data-driven sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in high-value B2B environments.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts.
  • Full-time availability aligned with Eastern Time (ET) working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Drive high-value SaaS opportunities, typically exceeding $100K+ ARR, across strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and cross-functional decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align messaging and improve go-to-market execution.
  • Use CRM and sales intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot to track performance and optimize pipeline health.
  • Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and sales strategy development to support overall revenue growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and help build scalable enterprise sales processes.
