Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in technical operations, platform engineering, IT engineering, or solutions engineering.
- Strong hands-on coding ability in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or similar.
- Experience building and maintaining production systems.
- Proven experience designing and implementing workflow automation using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or custom API solutions.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools and their application in workflows.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, SaaS integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and redesign inefficient workflows.
- Build and maintain internal systems and integrations using tools such as Python, TypeScript, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
- Collaborate with AI and automation leads to develop agent-based workflows and integrate AI capabilities into internal tooling.
- Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability of internal tools.
- Support broader strategic and operational initiatives as a technical force multiplier.
