Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media buying and paid social campaign management, particularly on Meta platforms
- Proven track record managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable campaign results
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, conversion optimization, and appointment-setting strategies
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling ads and scripts
- Hands-on experience with tracking pixels, conversion events, marketing automation tools, and campaign analytics
- Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Calendly, and CRM integrations
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic optimization decisions
- Comfortable leading client conversations and explaining technical performance insights clearly
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment while managing multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
- Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main strategic and operational point of contact
- Conduct bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign performance, discuss strategy, and align on next steps
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and actionable optimization recommendations
- Monitor campaign KPIs daily and adjust targeting, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies as needed
- Develop ad copy, messaging frameworks, and video sales letter concepts tailored to target audiences
- Collaborate with video editors and creative teams to improve campaign creatives and testing initiatives
- Implement and maintain tracking systems, pixels, conversion events, and marketing automations
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and create recovery strategies for underperforming accounts
- Build long-term client relationships that contribute to retention, referrals, and account growth
