Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting performance KPIs and driving client retention through measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for direct-response and lead generation advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain performance data clearly to non-technical clients.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and take full accountability for results.
  • Experience in financial services, high-ticket funnels, or appointment-based marketing is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with video sales letter methodology is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with speed and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact responsible for performance and outcomes.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
  • Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and continuous creative testing to maximize ROI.
  • Write high-performing ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls to review performance, align on strategy, and define next actions.
  • Deliver structured performance reports and strategic recommendations prior to client meetings.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimizations to achieve cost-per-appointment targets.
  • Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems including pixels, conversion events, and CRM or automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on hooks, messaging angles, and ad variations for testing.
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency in copywriting, analysis, and campaign optimization.
