Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with strong expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting performance KPIs and driving client retention through measurable results.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for direct-response and lead generation campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong ability to communicate performance data clearly to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to operate independently.
  • Experience in financial services, high-ticket funnels, or appointment-driven campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with video sales letter methodology is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and performance owner.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment-setting outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ongoing creative testing to maximize performance.
  • Write high-performing ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls to review performance, align on strategy, and define next steps.
  • Deliver structured performance reports and insights ahead of client meetings.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to achieve cost-per-appointment targets.
  • Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems including pixels, conversion events, and CRM/automation integrations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate copywriting, analysis, and campaign optimization workflows.
