Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Experience with project management and/or contract application.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business courses.
- Comfortable initiating phone calls and following-up persistently.
- Capable of troubleshooting issues and finding solutions.
- Comfortable in using different software to track projects and client information.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and keep track of deadlines.
- High attention-to-detail.
- Self-starter showing initiative.
- Excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the new permit process and existing permit verification process.
- Submit Power of Attorney forms for clients.
- Work with internal specialists and accountants to close out sales tax permits.
- Communicate and provide ongoing support to clients during the permit process.
- Communicate permit or account verification information to assigned Sales Tax Accountants.
