Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B technology.
  • Experience developing and executing regional marketing programs across Nordic and/or Benelux markets.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, SDR/BDR, Partnerships, and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of the cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security landscape.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing metrics, attribution, and insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated quarterly marketing plans aligned to Nordic & Benelux pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts and key market segments.
  • Deliver a mix of field marketing programs including executive roundtables, events, and webinars.
  • Localise and amplify global campaigns for regional audiences.
  • Partner with Sales teams to identify and activate Tier 1 and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create and execute joint campaigns.
  • Support pan-EMEA campaigns and share regional market insights.
  • Track and analyse pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI metrics.
