Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record of building and scaling web applications in production.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong grasp of functional and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot).
- Ability to design and implement complex, distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Experience navigating trade-offs and aligning stakeholders.
- Passion for fostering engineering culture and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Shape the direction of patient matching by bringing order to ambiguity.
- Design and deliver durable, scalable, and secure distributed systems.
- Build and evolve systems supporting provider search, ranking, and availability.
- Manage the patient funnel experience including provider eligibility and booking.
- Foster a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Deliver software that directly impacts patient care experiences.
