Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of BIM/VDC experience with leadership and management.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Strong background in QA/QC, Scan-to-BIM, and BIM automation.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650, COBie, and BIM Execution Planning.
- Experience developing Revit families and templates for MEP systems.
- Familiarity with Revit plugins like Dynamo, PyRevit, and BIM Track.
- Understanding of Digital Twin technologies and facilities integration.
- Experience with enterprise BIM implementations.
- Ability to travel occasionally for project coordination and field verification.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BIM coordinators, Revit modelers, and VDC specialists.
- Establish and enforce BIM production standards, QA/QC procedures, and workflows.
- Manage staffing, workload, and project schedules.
- Mentor teams in Revit best practices and MEP coordination.
- Develop standardized processes to improve efficiency and model consistency.
- Perform model audits to ensure data integrity and LOD compliance.
- Lead implementation of AI-driven and generative design workflows.
- Manage BIM data governance and digital delivery requirements.
- Coordinate integration of NavVis LiDAR datasets into BIM workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and client stakeholders.
