Senior BIM Manager

Lead and manage BIM coordinators, Revit modelers, and VDC specialists.
Establish and enforce BIM production standards, QA/QC procedures, and workflows.
Manage staffing, workload, and project schedules.
Mentor teams in Revit best practices and MEP coordination.
Develop standardized processes to improve efficiency and model consistency.
Perform model audits to ensure data integrity and LOD compliance.
Lead implementation of AI-driven and generative design workflows.
Manage BIM data governance and digital delivery requirements.
Coordinate integration of NavVis LiDAR datasets into BIM workflows.
Collaborate with engineering teams and client stakeholders.
