Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth with deep hands-on ownership.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, programmatic media, and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax).
  • Proven track record of driving double-digit growth and efficiency improvements in CAC and LTV.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong experience with programmatic buying and scaling incremental channels.
  • Expertise in unit economics and forecasting including contribution margin and payback periods.
  • Experience implementing automation, AI tools, and scripts to improve performance.
  • Background in creative testing, CRO, and funnel optimization with a data-driven experimentation mindset.
  • Experience managing DTC ecommerce or subscription products and cross-selling.
  • Ability to operate as an autonomous individual contributor.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to influence product, analytics, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing execution across dedicated channels to drive customer acquisition and LTV growth.
  • Manage and scale core performance channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax).
  • Execute advanced bidding and optimization using platform algorithms and audience signals.
  • Build integrated performance-driven marketing plans across paid, owned, and partner channels.
  • Manage budget allocation using a portfolio approach to maximize returns and scale efficiency.
  • Build and manage forecasts across spend, volume, and efficiency metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Optimize the acquisition funnel end-to-end by leveraging CRO and audience iteration.
  • Drive operational excellence through automation, AI tools, and scripting for campaign management.
  • Establish statistically rigorous testing frameworks across creatives and landing experiences.
