Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Gong Engage, and enrichment providers
- Experience building workflows in Clay, Openprise, Zapier, Replit, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of outbound operations, lead/account flows, and segmentation
- Practical experience applying AI/LLMs to GTM workflows
- Familiarity with APIs, automation logic, webhooks, and lightweight scripting
- Understanding of agentic workflows, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks
- Proven ability to independently build and operationalize workflows
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI outbound workflows for account sourcing, contact acquisition, and research
- Automate prioritization, personalization, sequencing, and engagement orchestration
- Operationalize AI workflows that integrate across Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, and sequencing tools
- Reduce manual BDR work through automation and increased targeting precision
- Support the evolution of outbound programs through signal-based prioritization
- Rapidly prototype, deploy, and iterate on GTM workflows
