Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development in media or advertising
- Strong prospecting skills and confidence in outbound outreach
- Disciplined and organised approach to pipeline building and opportunity tracking
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Interest in digital advertising and programmatic media
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts related to DSP platforms
- Exposure to MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by proactively identifying and engaging agency and brand partners through strategic outbound outreach
- Build and own a high-quality sales pipeline
- Lead opportunities end-to-end, managing the full sales cycle
- Connect with decision-makers across channels — email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Collaborate on high-impact pitches and proposals
- Revive and expand existing opportunities
- Maintain strong sales discipline and accurate CRM data
- Leverage proven sales frameworks to qualify, advance, and close opportunities
