  • 4–8 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or GTM strategy
  • Proven experience as an early GTM hire (employee #1–5 preferred)
  • Experience leading at least one successful B2B SaaS product launch end-to-end
  • Strong copywriting and messaging ability
  • Experience managing outreach, campaigns, and launch execution
  • Ability to build scalable systems and processes
  • Experience in early-stage B2B SaaS startups
  • Familiarity with product-led growth and beta testing programs

Responsibilities

  • Own full GTM strategy and execution for multiple B2B SaaS products
  • Identify, recruit, and engage beta users
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging
  • Build landing pages, email campaigns, and user onboarding sequences
  • Execute creative outreach strategies for early adopters
  • Document GTM learnings and build repeatable launch playbooks
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful launches
