Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or in Operations Support
- High proficiency in GoHighLevel and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing CRM systems and email marketing
- Strong skills in Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Familiarity with content editing tools like Canva, Veed, or Opus Clips
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and administrative workflows
- Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Build and manage workflows, automations, and nurture sequences in GoHighLevel
- Edit short-form videos and marketing clips using Veed, Opus Clips, or Canva
- Support participant onboarding and maintain digital program materials
- Conduct lead research and build outreach databases
- Maintain clean CRM records and accurate pipeline management
