Requirements
- 10–15+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership
- Proven experience leading category repositioning or market narrative development
- Demonstrated ownership of pipeline generation and revenue outcomes
- Experience in consulting, services, or complex solution-based sales environments
- Background in CX, outsourcing, or adjacent industries
- Experience building and scaling marketing functions and teams
- Track record of working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps
- Experience leveraging partnerships, ecosystems, and community-driven GTM motions
- Familiarity with HubSpot and CRM systems
- Ability to communicate and influence at the executive level
Responsibilities
- Define and own Boldr’s category and market narrative
- Build a repeatable, scalable pipeline engine aligned to revenue goals
- Establish Boldr’s presence within key CX ecosystems
- Develop thought leadership on CX and AI-enabled service delivery
- Partner with RevOps to track marketing impact on pipeline and revenue
- Lead and develop a global marketing team
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
