Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership
  • Proven experience leading category repositioning or market narrative development
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline generation and revenue outcomes
  • Experience in consulting, services, or complex solution-based sales environments
  • Background in CX, outsourcing, or adjacent industries
  • Experience building and scaling marketing functions and teams
  • Track record of working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps
  • Experience leveraging partnerships, ecosystems, and community-driven GTM motions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and CRM systems
  • Ability to communicate and influence at the executive level

Responsibilities

  • Define and own Boldr’s category and market narrative
  • Build a repeatable, scalable pipeline engine aligned to revenue goals
  • Establish Boldr’s presence within key CX ecosystems
  • Develop thought leadership on CX and AI-enabled service delivery
  • Partner with RevOps to track marketing impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Lead and develop a global marketing team
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
