Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Phone Support experience
  • Experience using help desk software
  • Experience using remote support tools
  • Willingness to work following the US time zone
  • Stable high-speed primary and backup internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer needs via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain median first response time of less than one minute
  • Resolve issues in fewer than 24 hours
  • Escalate issues to engineering team when necessary
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
  • Proactively follow up with clients until resolution
  • Assist in training junior customer support representatives
  • Assist in product testing and recommending new products
  • Partner with the Success team on client setups and modifications
  • Create and update customer and internal knowledge base articles and videos
