Requirements
- 1 to 3 years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Phone Support experience
- Experience using help desk software
- Experience using remote support tools
- Willingness to work following the US time zone
- Stable high-speed primary and backup internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer needs via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain median first response time of less than one minute
- Resolve issues in fewer than 24 hours
- Escalate issues to engineering team when necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Proactively follow up with clients until resolution
- Assist in training junior customer support representatives
- Assist in product testing and recommending new products
- Partner with the Success team on client setups and modifications
- Create and update customer and internal knowledge base articles and videos
