Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
- Proficiency in FBA shipment plan creation and label generation.
- Direct experience executing FBA shipment workflows in at least one international marketplace (Canada, EU, or other).
- Production-level proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Documented experience coordinating with warehouse partners, 3PLs, or freight forwarders.
- Minimum 18 months tenure in a previous operational role.
- English proficiency at C1+ CEFR level.
- Availability to work overlapping EST business hours with PST flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage FBA shipment creation and label generation.
- Perform lot and expiration tracking.
- Execute FBA shipment workflows across US, Canada, and EU marketplaces.
- Coordinate directly with warehouse partners, 3PLs, and freight forwarders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP systems.
- Manage inventory tracking and shipment recordkeeping in Google Sheets/Excel.
