Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably within a BPO or similar industry.
  • Previous experience and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in closing high-value deals and strengthening client relationships.

  • Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to attend team on-site meetings, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions.
