Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field of study.
- 5+ years of Software Product Management experience.
- Experience building platform services, shared APIs, or developer-facing capabilities.
- Strong technical foundation (APIs, identity and access, workflow orchestration).
- Proven track record of managing products and innovation.
- Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile practices.
- Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Understand company strategy and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for your product areas.
- Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs.
- Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis.
- Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes.
- Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches.
- Participate in industry events, and lead customer and partner facing engagements.
- Understand competitive landscape.
- Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.
