- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage workforce allocation and workflow compliance.
- Skilled at translating territory-level priorities into daily execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a territory-aligned team of remote Patient Care Coordinators.
- Manage and allocate team coverage to support clinic volume demands.
- Oversee execution of patient access workflows including referrals, scheduling, and insurance verification.
- Monitor territory access metrics and identify performance trends.
- Implement corrective action plans when standards are not met.
- Partner with Clinic Directors and Operations VPs to support field performance.
- Serve as territory subject matter expert for patient access operations.
