Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a territory-aligned team of remote Patient Care Coordinators.
  • Manage and allocate team coverage to support clinic volume demands.
  • Oversee execution of patient access workflows including referrals, scheduling, and insurance verification.
  • Monitor territory access metrics and identify performance trends.
  • Implement corrective action plans when standards are not met.
  • Partner with Clinic Directors and Operations VPs to support field performance.
  • Serve as territory subject matter expert for patient access operations.
