Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in account operations, renewals, deal desk, or sales operations.
- Deep understanding of the customer renewal or commercial lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS commercial constructs (subscriptions, usage-based pricing, MSAs).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (data hygiene, reporting).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
- Experience working with product usage data and APIs.
- Strong systems orientation and interest in AI-driven process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts and act as the main commercial point of contact.
- Manage the full renewal cadence, including health checks, outreach, and signature management.
- Drive timely renewals and forecast renewal risk for customer CARR.
- Maintain account hygiene and reporting in Salesforce.
- Manage end-to-end quote-to-cash process, from discovery through to opportunity close.
- Partner with Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to streamline contracting.
- Direct customers to internal resources like Support and Professional Services.
- Use product usage data and account context to inform renewal strategies.
- Implement AI-assisted workflows and automation to improve scale.
