Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Strong cold calling capabilities with a proactive and resilient approach to outbound prospecting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual performance and sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in English and professional fluency in at least one additional European language, preferably German, Spanish, or French.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage pipelines and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable operating with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to share learnings and contribute to team success.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset focused on personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new business opportunities and expand the sales pipeline across European markets.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling activities, using phone outreach as the primary channel for booking qualified meetings.
- Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and create personalized outreach strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Strategy, and Revenue Operations teams to improve pipeline generation strategies.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions and understand customer pain points to identify relevant business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of outbound sales processes, messaging frameworks, and international go-to-market strategies.
- Share successful tactics, market insights, and prospecting best practices with the broader sales team.
