Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including product marketing, customer marketing, or GTM strategy roles in high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives or product launches with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product lifecycle management, and customer expansion strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, working with marketing operations, and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience presenting to senior leadership and driving strategic alignment.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience building scalable GTM frameworks, processes, or operating models.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own go-to-market strategy frameworks for product launches, feature releases, and customer growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate product and business objectives into structured GTM plans, timelines, and cross-functional execution roadmaps.
  • Build and improve processes that connect product development cycles with marketing readiness, ensuring timely delivery of messaging, positioning, and assets.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, expansion, retention, and advocacy through product-led initiatives.
  • Provide strategic oversight of integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy, identifying risks, and resolving cross-team dependencies.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks in collaboration with Marketing Operations to track GTM performance and business impact.
  • Drive operational excellence by designing scalable GTM processes, improving coordination, and strengthening execution consistency across teams.
