Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in administrative or operational support roles.
- Experience in enterprise environments within Customer Success, Professional Services, Operations, or PMO.
- Hands-on experience working across multiple business systems.
- Strong operational discipline and high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to maintain data accuracy and follow defined standards.
- Ability to execute high-volume requests reliably and on time.
- Experience with shared services or centralized operations models.
- Comfort working with documented processes and runbooks.
- Cross-functional collaboration and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure operational consistency in CS delivery projects.
- Process ERP project and financial administration requests, including project structures and budget updates.
- Maintain CRM records, including opportunity tracking and data pipeline management.
- Administer the Docebo LMS platform, including user provisioning and content publication.
- Manage and log incoming service requests through the shared services framework.
- Document and maintain admin process runbooks and flag procedural gaps.
- Highlight data quality issues and collaborate with reporting/automation teams for process improvements.
