Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services
  • Proven sales background with regulated industries
  • QFA holder (Qualified Financial Adviser) recognised by the Central Bank of Ireland
  • Working knowledge of conduct regulation in Ireland or the UK
  • Hands-on training and competence experience
  • Experience maintaining a competency register and supervising new entrants
  • Experience managing CPD tracking and compliance monitoring
  • Experience reviewing advised sales for suitability, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Review sales calls, check files and suitability assessments, provide feedback and quality scoring
  • Supervise new entrants and existing staff, and calibrate scoring across reviewers, products, and jurisdictions
  • Own Kota’s minimum competency register and manage mandatory training including CPD monitoring
  • Build out product and regulatory training and provide coaching based on QA findings
  • Build QA reporting and management information to surface trend analysis and implement behavioral correction
  • Maintain and improve QA setup with record-keeping
  • Support conduct, training, and governance cross-functionally
  • Support Head of Retail Sales for regulatory reviews and submissions
