Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, creator partnerships, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a high-growth D2C, e-commerce, or performance-focused consumer business environment.
- Strong expertise in managing influencer campaigns from strategy and talent acquisition through reporting and optimization.
- Experience with affiliate marketing programs, discount code strategies, social commerce initiatives, and performance tracking.
- Deep understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and platform dynamics, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
- Demonstrated interest in process improvement, automation, and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns focused on both brand awareness and performance objectives.
- Identify, recruit, negotiate, and cultivate relationships with creators and influencers to expand and strengthen partnership networks.
- Develop clear, results-oriented campaign briefs and oversee content production through publication.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics, extract actionable insights, and implement optimization strategies to improve results.
- Build scalable influencer marketing frameworks and continuously improve workflows through automation, technology, and AI-driven solutions.
- Support the organization and execution of influencer events, activations, and community-building initiatives across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align influencer strategies with broader marketing and business goals.
