- Proficiency with Salesforce, Seamless.ai, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with process and detail orientation.
- Ability to develop grit within the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4-8 Business Development Reps.
- Coach, train, and develop reps on inbound and outbound strategies.
- Drive lead generation in coordination with Marketing and Field Marketing.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop territory pipelines.
- Manage day-to-day BDR operations and strategy.
- Analyze quarterly targets and forecast pipeline creation.
- Track and improve conversion metrics.
- Hire and scale the BDR team.
