Requirements
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role: inside sales, SDR, hospitality operations, or SaaS support.
- Proven track record of running outbound sequences and owning a pipeline number.
- Comfortable running consultative qualifying conversations on the phone.
- Strong written communication skills for handoff summaries and process documentation.
- Organized and self-directed under a multi-queue workload.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional ability to present technical concepts clearly to executives.
- Strong verbal communication and consultative discovery skills.
- Experience in hospitality industry operations (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Gong, Apollo, or Outreach (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound sequences targeting hotel operators, ownership groups, and management companies.
- Run signal-driven outbound plays in coordination with RevOps and Marketing.
- Identify re-engagement opportunities from closed-lost and dormant accounts.
- Prospect into ABE whitespace within defined pod territories.
- Maintain a disciplined outreach cadence across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound demo requests and produce clean handoff summaries.
- Triage and manage the sales inbox to ensure no qualified lead goes unrouted.
- Document workflows and flag routing gaps or process breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
