Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a customer-facing role: inside sales, SDR, hospitality operations, or SaaS support.
  • Proven track record of running outbound sequences and owning a pipeline number.
  • Comfortable running consultative qualifying conversations on the phone.
  • Strong written communication skills for handoff summaries and process documentation.
  • Organized and self-directed under a multi-queue workload.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Exceptional ability to present technical concepts clearly to executives.
  • Strong verbal communication and consultative discovery skills.
  • Experience in hospitality industry operations (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Gong, Apollo, or Outreach (strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute outbound sequences targeting hotel operators, ownership groups, and management companies.
  • Run signal-driven outbound plays in coordination with RevOps and Marketing.
  • Identify re-engagement opportunities from closed-lost and dormant accounts.
  • Prospect into ABE whitespace within defined pod territories.
  • Maintain a disciplined outreach cadence across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound demo requests and produce clean handoff summaries.
  • Triage and manage the sales inbox to ensure no qualified lead goes unrouted.
  • Document workflows and flag routing gaps or process breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
