Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline and hitting/exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter mentality: scrappy, persistent, resourceful, and motivated by results
  • Strong organization and CRM discipline
  • Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection
  • Ability to work in a US time zone, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage new business opportunities through outbound emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Clearly articulate our value proposition and staffing solutions to decision-makers
  • Book intro calls, conduct discovery, and hand off qualified opportunities to internal leadership for closing (or close deals independently)
  • Track all activity, pipeline movement, and reporting in our CRM
  • Continuously test/improve outreach messaging, cadence, and channels to optimize conversion
  • Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and energy
