- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in care coordination, patient access, healthcare sales, appointment scheduling, or customer success.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle frustrated or confused patients.
- Ability to learn new EHR systems and tools quickly.
- Familiarity with using AI tools.
- Ability to work during EST or CST business hours.
- Reliability and ability to manage high-volume tasks.
Responsibilities
- Recover and prevent patient appointment no-shows through calls, texts, and emails.
- Monitor SMS threads and follow up with advocates for patient engagement.
- Assign incoming faxes to patient charts.
- Monitor appointments for completion and escalate discrepancies.
- Resolve administrative questions from advocates and physicians in internal channels.
- Assist with insurance verification, status checks, and billing follow-ups.
- Guide new patients through the enrollment and onboarding process.
- Contribute to operational improvements by identifying friction points.
