- Monitor SMS threads and follow up with advocates for patient engagement.
- Assign incoming faxes to patient charts.
- Monitor appointments for completion and escalate discrepancies.
- Resolve administrative questions from advocates and physicians in internal channels.
- Assist with insurance verification, status checks, and billing follow-ups.
