Requirements
- Experience selling food products (ingredients, supplies, or beverages) to restaurants, hotels, or other HoReCa clients
- Background in distribution, wholesale, or food supply
- Understanding of food pricing, margins, and chef buying decisions
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts
- Ability to manage multiple demanding relationships simultaneously
- Fluent German (C1)
- Good English skills
Responsibilities
- Introduce Saltz to chefs, restaurant owner, F&B managers and convince them to start placing orders using the platform
- Own a portfolio of restaurant and other HoReCa accounts
- Grow existing restaurant accounts
- Visit clients regularly to walk the kitchen and understand their challenges
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Build relationships with chefs, GMs, and procurement teams
- Turn client feedback into actionable input for the platform
- Represent Saltz at industry events, trade visits, and in-person meetings
