- Familiarity with Gorgias, Freshdesk, or Zendesk (preferred)
- Understanding of basic e-commerce order and returns workflows (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound live chat and email queries from buyers and sellers
- Resolve order issues including delays, missing items, and returns
- Process refund and exchange requests following platform policy
- Escalate disputes and complex cases to the specialist team with full context
- Flag recurring issues to help improve platform policies and FAQs
