  • Familiarity with Gorgias, Freshdesk, or Zendesk (preferred)
  • Understanding of basic e-commerce order and returns workflows (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound live chat and email queries from buyers and sellers
  • Resolve order issues including delays, missing items, and returns
  • Process refund and exchange requests following platform policy
  • Escalate disputes and complex cases to the specialist team with full context
  • Flag recurring issues to help improve platform policies and FAQs
