  • Self-motivated and reliable working independently

Responsibilities

  • Handle live chat and email queries from new and existing users
  • Guide users through product setup, key features, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot account and technical issues and escalate where needed
  • Identify users at risk of churning and flag to the Customer Success team
  • Contribute answers to the knowledge base to reduce repeat queries
