- Comfortable managing a live chat queue during busy periods
- Self-motivated and reliable working independently
Responsibilities
- Handle live chat and email queries from new and existing users
- Guide users through product setup, key features, and integrations
- Troubleshoot account and technical issues and escalate where needed
- Identify users at risk of churning and flag to the Customer Success team
- Contribute answers to the knowledge base to reduce repeat queries
