Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passionate about helping others
- Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days after starting
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
- Add lienholder information
- Send policy documents
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies
- Explain coverages or policy benefits
- Make changes to existing policies
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
