Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Proficiency in English.
- More than 3 years of work experience in the media industry or internet company.
- Prior experience in trending applications or game company (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about the gaming industry.
- Clear insights into games in different genres.
- Good understanding of the global player-base.
- Committed, self-starter with high levels of initiative and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Manage off-site platform operations for HoYoverse creators in North America.
- Maintain and expand overseas creator resources.
- Coordinate with teams to plan platform activities.
- Ensure creator activity rates and manage production indicators.
- Develop educational tools for content creators.
- Collaborate with team members to improve content quality.
- Use data and platform tools to identify high-potential content creators.
- Train top-level creators.
- Collaborate with PM and Marketing teams to enhance content impact.
