Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of database structures, networking, and application interfaces.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with vendors and carriers to initiate GPS-based tracking for FTL shipments.
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships.
- Meet and maintain role KPIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, initialize ELD and TMS connections, and update customer TMS portals.
- Respond promptly to customer and carrier inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo.
- Verify shipment documentation including bills of lading.
- Oversee collection and delivery activities.
- Schedule and trace shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Process transportation documentation.
