Requirements
- 4+ years of full time professional experience
- 2+ years in charter administration role, preferably at a large CMO/network
- Experience in operational roles including CEO/Executive Director, Enrollment, Student Services, Accountability, or Operations
- Passion for education, equity, or social impact
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
- Extraordinary comfort with ambiguity
- Excellent communicator (written and oral)
- Growth mindset and desire to constantly improve
Responsibilities
- Understand Avela's go to market strategy and product
- Build target lists and generate pipeline using LinkedIn, RocketReach, and Clay
- Conduct outbound emails, cold calls, and campaigns
- Attend charter conferences and mine referral networks
- Schedule and attend meetings and demo the product
- Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiation
- Handle contracting, procurement, and CRM management
- Coordinate handoff to Customer Success Manager and implementation team
