Requirements
- Active, unrestricted behavioral health clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent).
- 5–7 years of clinical quality experience with end-to-end program ownership.
- Direct experience managing a clinical quality team.
- Working knowledge of measurement-informed care (MIC).
- Experience with outcome measures (PHQ-9, GAD-7).
- Understanding of value-based care (VBC) performance monitoring.
- Ability to analyze KRs and quality metrics to drive execution.
- Experience with payor audits, documentation compliance, or network quality management (plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team, setting clear expectations and managing performance.
- Own provider quality program and define clinical standards across the network.
- Oversee MIC program integrity and VBC performance monitoring.
- Manage payor audit readiness and clinical risk monitoring.
- Represent the Clinical Quality branch cross-functionally to leadership.
- Identify issues across branch workstreams and drive toward resolution.
