Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to launch new and support existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical support to develop and execute onboarding plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance on platform best practices and organizational workflow.
  • Manage assigned technical resources for implementation and support.
  • Engage with key influencers and decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Conduct business reviews and goal-setting meetings.
  • Supervise, hire, train, and appraise department employees.
