Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key customers.
- Partner with internal teams to launch new and support existing clients.
- Collaborate with technical support to develop and execute onboarding plans.
- Provide strategic guidance on platform best practices and organizational workflow.
- Manage assigned technical resources for implementation and support.
- Engage with key influencers and decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Conduct business reviews and goal-setting meetings.
- Supervise, hire, train, and appraise department employees.
